ABSTRACT
RESUMO Introdução: O pré-natal é de extrema relevância para uma gestação saudável e parto seguro. Para isso, o Ministério da Saúde implantou a Rede Cegonha que visa estruturar e organizar a saúde materno-infantil no Brasil. Todo o conjunto de ações realizadas no pré-natal configura o Itinerário Terapêutico. Objetivo: Descrever o Itinerário Terapêutico das parturientes que tiveram parto normal depois da implantação da Rede Cegonha em Blumenau, SC. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa cujos sujeitos foram dez mulheres que tiveram parto normal em hospital de referência da Rede Cegonha em Blumenau, SC. As informações foram obtidas através de entrevistas individuais com questões abertas, sendo as entrevistas gravadas em áudio e posteriormente transcritas na íntegra pelos pesquisadores. A pesquisa foi submetida e aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa (CEP). Resultados: Dentre os resultados mais relevantes, nove das participantes foram em todas as consultas propostas pelo Posto de Saúde, e 8 delas ficaram satisfeitas com o pré-natal oferecido pelo SUS. Todas as participantes que realizaram o pré-natal e participaram da pesquisa, consideraram que a realização deste foi fundamental para o parto. Conclusão: Todas as mulheres que participaram da pesquisa confirmaram que o conjunto de ações que configura o pré-natal são primordiais para uma preparação adequada para o parto. ABSTRACT Introduction: Prenatal care is extremely important for a healthy pregnancy and safe delivery. For this, the Ministry of Health implemented the Rede Cegonha, which aims to structure and organize maternal and child health in Brazil. The entire set of actions performed during prenatal care configures the Therapeutic Itinerary. Objective: To describe the Therapeutic Itinerary of parturients who had vaginal delivery after the implementation of Rede Cegonha in Blumenau, SC. Methods: This is a study with a qualitative approach whose subjects were ten women who had vaginal delivery in a reference hospital of Rede Cegonha in Blumenau, SC. The information was obtained through individual interviews with open questions, with the interviews being recorded in audio and later transcribed in full by the researchers. The research was submitted and approved by the Research Ethics Committee (CEP). Results: Among the most relevant results, nine of the participants attended all the visits proposed by the Health Post, and 8 of them were satisfied with the prenatal care offered by SUS. All the participants who underwent prenatal care and participated in the survey considered that it was essential for childbirth. Conclusion: All women who participated in the survey confirmed that the set of actions that configure prenatal care are essential for adequate preparation for childbirth.
